Help! "This does not appear to be a SketchUp Model!"

Hey guys, I’m trying to open a document I’ve been working on, and this error came up: “This does not appear to be a SketchUp Model!”. I tried changing the backup file (skb) into a (skp) and still showed the same error.

Can someone help me with this?

Sumrall.skp (7.4 MB)

I can’t remember which was the backup and the original so I uploaded both.

Sumrall.skp (7.4 MB)

Both files are full of zeros.

Hi Colin, thank you for the quick response! What does that mean?

Is it something that can be fixed? Thanks Colin!

The file being full of zeros means that it contains no information, so there is nothing inside that you could make a 3D model out of.

Hey Anssi, Thank you for your response! It’s so weird since I was using the model this morning. I made a copy of the original file too; I’ll upload it too just in case.
Sumrall.skp (7.4 MB)

That copy is zeros as well.

I’ll re do the model :frowning: , thank you!
