I was saving it on my laptop’s HDD, but I got a BSOD while saving it.
That’s usually pretty grim. I’ll see if I can get to your files but don’t hold your breath.

Sorry. it’s grim indeed. The .skp is a little more than 50% filled with zeroes and the .skb is even worse at 81% filled with zeroes. Nothing recoverable from either.
Since you have a Pro subscription for SketchUp 2023 you also have unlimited storage on Trimble Connect. You should be also saving a backup there while you are working. In addition to giving you another backup saved elsewhere you’ll wind up with incremental saves so you can go back to an earlier version if needed.
