I am having a problem where my view suddenly looks like it is cutting through the walls, but I cannot get it to stop doing this. Does anyone know how to turn this off? Screenshot is attached.

It’s called clipping. You can search for that and find plenty of information.
Set the Camera to Perspective and hit Zoom Extents.
Generally it’s easier to do your modeling in Perspective.
