Hello SketchUp pros!
I really need a hand to help me creating a hexagonal grid which is covering a sphere. I need to be able to colour the individual hexagons so i doubt a texture would work (but i don’t know). Any help or pointers is appreciated, thank you!

As a side note, you will see that all of the examples in the figure @ely862me provided have pentagons as well as hexagons (like a soccer ball). I believe that it is not possible to completely tile a sphere using only hexagons!
