I foung some nice tutorials how to make cars the best looks to me this

Google Sketchup tutorial : How to do a car in 3D. part 1

But it is with this methode possible to make full car ? Becaus iam trying and trying to make other parts of car than just bonnet like in tutorial and i simply cant. THere is no needed for full car make by this way, buleprints of all parts of car separately ?

Or is there any better way to make nice car ?
