You pay for a program, ask for help because something isn’t clear, and in return, you’re given a long, complicated explanation that takes hours to read. Who wants to waste time figuring out how to make a $300-a-year program work properly or deal with third-party apps? SketchUp offers no direct support—they just direct you to these forums, which are completely pointless.
