Gradient sky in parallel view

Hello, i’m new to the forum but i’m an old Sketchup user.

there is a way to have the gradient sky also in parallel view and not only in perspective view?
It seems that there are no options for this.
Alternatively i have tried using a big plane with a gradient texture, but obviously it gets affected by light and shadows so it appear darker than it should be. I don’t know if there is an option to have a material not affected by shadows.

Thanks, i forgot to mention that i’m using Sketchup 2017… so there is no such options.

Have you tried using a watermark?
