Good 3d printing books

Dear All,

I have taken the dive and bought a 3D printer. I have read stuff online, but I am a fan of books for both learning and references.

For you 3D printer people, what are your recommended books for beginners and your favorite reference books?

Thanks,

Chipper

well last year @TheOnlyAaron released something on this topic.

What kind of printer did you get?

(I’m gonna stick around because I’m thinking about getting one)

If you do get one, don’t do what I did. When I ordered mine I said I wasn’t going to make anything that would just sit on a shelf and collect dust. That might as well have been a New Years resolution since I broke it within a couple of days of the arrival of the printer.

well if I get one before xmas, I’ll use it to reinforce my “cool uncle” status. I already plan on bringing the cameo plotter to make vinyl stickers and paper stuff, being able to print custom stuff for the dolls and playmobils might grand me a semi-godhood status.

I got a Bambu Lab X1-Carbon with the AMS. So far I have printed some tools to use with printer, a latch I need, and a battery/controller box for my solar charged diesel tank pump.

Pump Battery Box.skp (675.1 KB)

And a couple of Benchy models, of course…
