Going from Free to GO

Hi,

I have been using SketchUp Free for several years, and I recently decided to subscribe to SketchUp Go for Web. Everything went fine with the subscription, but when I log in and open my old models, I suddenly have far fewer options in the right-hand menu.

For example, I can no longer see Axes or Guides, nor can I turn them on or off. In some of my old models, there are guides visible, but I cannot delete or access them.

I have checked that I am assigned as a user and that the subscription is set up correctly. But something is not working. I don’t understand why I had all these options in the Free version, but now that I am paying for Go, I actually have fewer features.

Can someone please help me?

Thank you in advance,
Lasse Rasmussen

What does your version look like?
Left - SU for Web; Right - SU Go

Hi Mihai

Thank you for your quick reply.

It looks like I have the GO version with the solid Inspector in the bottom.

But I have no opportunities to Axes, Guides and so on, as I had in the Free version??

They changed it at some point.

Do you know where I can clear guides and switch of axes, if the options are moved?

TIA

Sorry!!! I couldn´t see your picture. I have found it

You can always use the search function at the top of the left toolbar to find things quickly.
