I looks like you are following courses on a website called “Global eTraining”? Those training materials there are developed by that website and are not made or maintained by SketchUp or Trimble. Nobody here can fix it, you should contact the training website about their mistake.

Really? I’m just a user here like the rest of us on this forum, but I’d be very curious to see where the Trimble website directs people to another third party for profit training site. Can you post a link to where you got directed from within the Trimble website?

When I go to any of the “Fundamentals” courses (1-5) it redirects to that Global E Training site. The other ones seem not to, at least from the one that I clicked.
