How would you do this kind of shape using Sketchup ?

I wouldn’t use Follow Me. Follow Me isn’t designed to do what you want to do. I would draw the inner and outer curves as well as the curve representing the cove at the bottom and then loft the surface using Curviloft.

Or do you want the shapes as in the image?
