Floor to ceiling cut out for window

Hi all,

I want to cut out floor to ceiling windows in my model so I group my walls, then double click into the group and draw a rectangle on the face of the wall and then use the push/pull tool to create an opening. However, it won’t let me cut out if I place the rectangle on the edges (ceiling and floor edge) rather than on the face (although it does allow me to cut out if i place one edge of the rectangle on the edge of the wall with the other edge of the rectangle on the face of the wall). So how can I ever cut out a floor to ceiling window? Any ideas?

So the face is being left at the end of the Push/Pull step? Simply delete the unneeded geometry.
