Does anyone know where I could find the Large Tool Set icon files, please?
My project is to use a Stream Deck panel, then move all the tool icons on a device, in order to declutter my screen. And I would like to do it in a clean way with nice image files.
I work on MacOS with Sektchup 2024 and I can’t find a folder which contains the images as .svg or .png file, on my Mac.
I also search on the web and can’t find them.
Even on Trimble website, I can’t find a section dedicated to press or communication or anything with graphic ressources that could help a publishing house to release book about SketchUp.
The best was the Quick Refence Cards prepared by Trimble (here), but it implies to use Photoshop to prepare all the single icon files by myself.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
SketchUp on Mac now uses pdf files for icons and cursors. I’m not a stream deck user, but a quick web search doesn’t list pdf as a format it accepts. Perhaps if you know someone with SketchUp on Windows you can get the svg icons from them. If you search the forum I believe you can find out where they are located in the app, as some people who don’t like the new look have substituted the old ones. Alternatively you could pull the PDFs out on the Mac and use something like Inkscape to convert them.
Thank you.
I didn’t know I was searching for .pdf files.
So here is the way to find SketchUp icon images on MacOS 13: Applications >> Sketchup 2024 >> SketchUp.app >> Righ click >> Show Package Contents >> Contents >> Ressources
