You have to allow access to the file.

The end of the file is damaged and filled with zeroes due to an interrupt in saving it, Have you tried making a copy of the .skb backup file, renaming it with the .skp extension and opening that?
I wonder if @colin with his better tools can get something out of the one you posted.
Don’t work directly with cloud saved or synced files. This happens most often with them.
The last SKB file is from the morning, so it’s not very helpful. I saved the file in the evening, and when I opened it the next morning, sketchup froze. After I force-closed it, the file was already corrupted. The file was saved normally on my computer, so I have no idea what went wrong. Thank you for trying.
The SKB from the morning would be better than starting from scratch.
Only a small amount of the end of the file is overwritten with zeros, but it’s enough to stop me from recovering anything.
