Failed to install vray to sketchup

I been trying to upload ray to sketchup , both versions 2020, all trial versions downloaded via same login . it shows that there is an error:localhost 30304. Anybody knows what reason can cause that?

Usually, this means that you are not signed in, or did not exclude vrol.server in the firewall when installing.
In a browser, type ‘localhost:30304’

  1. The Web version of SketchUp cannot use any plugins.
  2. Macs with Nvidia graphics cards cannot run Mac OS X Mojave and newer.
  3. At least SketchUp 2021 needs Mojave or newer. I couldn’t find the 2020 requirements
  4. V-ray 5 requires MacOS 10.10.x Which Mac OS are you running
