Extension warehouse & manager does not show up

when clicking on extension warehouse or extension manager in SKP2023,

the window does not shop up! No warning, no error, just nothing!

I already tried to reinstall SKP2023 (as admin). Nothing

I also have installed SKP 2025 and here it works fine, but 2025 is not working as stable as I need it for production…

Any solution??

Sounds like the Current Minus Two support think kicked in. For m,ore than a decade the warehouses have supported the current and previous two versions. If that’s the case stiil, the Warehouses would be supporting 2026, 2025, and 2024. Maybe @TheGuz could clarify.

But at least the extension manager should open, right? But nothing…

When you have opened either of those windows, and you’re not seeing them, does clicking anywhere cause a beep?

It may be that the windows are opening off screen. If that is the case you can recover the window this way:

  1. Open the window.
  2. Hold Alt, tape the spacebar.
  3. Tap M (for Move), or the equivalent key for other languages.
  4. Tap any arrow key.
  5. Move the cursor, and the window should be attached.
  6. Left-click to drop the window off somewhere.

I restored the workspace by deleting the privatepreferences.json file (C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\SketchUp\SketchUp 2023\SketchUp)

I deleted also in C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\SketchUp\SketchUp 2023\SketchUp.

Then I had to setup again my workspace…. now it works again!
