Extension manager and 3d warehouse won't open

Trying to install a missing extension (placemaker) and the extension manger does not open. also the 3d warehouse doesn’t open as well. the 3d warehouse hasnt opened for a while but the extension manger issue is new.

SU 2024 does not properly handle some display configuration. Most likely the Extension Manager and Extension Warehouse windows opens off screen. Make sure you are signed into SU.
