EXT warehouse opens fine.
No advice has worked thus far. Reinstalled SU to make sure there wasn’t something wonky.
Do you sometimes use a multi monitor setup? Is it possible the window is opening off screen? After choosing Extension Manager, type Alt-spacebar, then M, then any arrow key. Move your cursor around, is the extension manager window attached to it?
I have tried this and even tried rebooting system without second monitor and still no dice.

Its really a bummer as I cant use numerous extensions.
Are you sure it isn’t opening? You could try deleting the Private Preferences.json file in User>AppData and then start SketchUp and try again. You will probably need to redo your toolbar placements but if nothing else works, this ought to it.
When you reinstalled SketchUp did you right click on the installer and choose Run as administrator?

So you did right click on the downloaded installer and choose Run as administrator? That’s not the same as being signed in as the administrator on your computer.
Use>AppData is a hidden folder. Make hidden folders visible in the setting in File Explorer.

I am working on a corporate computer. To make changes, I have to involve our IT team (as an admin) which can take a lot of time to uninstall and reinstall extensions, and repairs. Deleting the JSON files in AppData did not solve the issue. What worked for me was to close SketchUp Pro 2024. I changed my display settings (4k monitors) from recommended 250% to 100%. I re-opened SketchUp and the extension manager appeared. As a bonus, my other missing toolbars reappeared.
The highest display scaling supported by SketchUp is 150%
Heya, I had the same issue the last couple days, finally figured out it was due to making another screen on a dual screen setup checkboxed as “the main screen” when I changed it back to what I had before, all the missing dialog boxes popped up

Nope, 2024. I changed my main display to the other screen. When I changed it back, all the dialog boxes for extension manager and profile builder came back on screen
The reason Dave asked that is that’s what you have in your profile, having the correct information in your profile helps us answer questions accurately.
