Exporting Archicad to Sketchup creates a file with zero data

Hello Friends

Im trying to convert a file from Archicad to Sketchup, but it always create a file with no data, like a new file. When I tried to convert using IFC Files, it lost all textures.

Please Help. Thank you!

Have you tried to post to the Archicad-Talk forum? I understand that the exporter has been written by Graphisoft. Or have you contacted your Archicad support? At least here where I live they are quite responsive (well, for the price, they ought to be).
