How to export a section slice in SketcUp to dwg file so I can see all lines, in appearance and intersection? Thanks
Right click ‘Section Plane’ entity > pick ‘Create Group from Slice’ > assign a different layer to this group > uncheck all layers but this specific layer > export the currently visible model as you wish (dwg or whatever). Don’t forget to look at the options for exporting in a specific format when available.

You might be looking for the 2D DWG export option (go to your section view and then export via File menu>Export>2D Graphic>DWG. Open the Options box on the dialog to set up your export scale and how edges, profiles and section cut edges are treated.
