Upon opening the file I have been working on this past week it crashes every time. It opened yesterday, but something happened last night that made it crash every time. It is 83.1 MB, uploaded below.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! In 20 years of using SketchUp, I have not had this happen.

Can you share the .skp file so we can try to identify what’s happening? The link says Access Denied.
Does SketchUp just close or does it create a Bug Splat? And if it is creating a Bug Splat have you sent in the reports with something to identify they came from you?
I was able to open the file on my PC. I noticed X-ray was active. I wonder if your graphics card is having issues with that or with the extremely large texture images. Are you using the new graphics engine? If so, open a new file, go into Settings (Preferences)>Graphics and select the Classic graphics engine. Then quit and restart SketchUp. See if your model will play then.
I did my usual cleanup process on your model. Fix incorrect tag usage
Purged unused stuff from the file.
And reduced the size of the largest textures to something reasonable.
This all reduced the file size by 62%. I also turned off Xray before saving in case that’s bogging down your graphics card. I’ll upload it and share the link in a moment. You could try it and see if it also plays better.
Just to see, I tried opening the original file on my 2019 MBP which has the same Radeon graphics as your profile indicates. It also crashed SketchUp for me. The initial crash report from macOS clearly indicated that SketchUp was aborted due to an error in the new graphics engine. However, the report attached to the Bug Splat did not show these details. I mentioned this in the Bug Splat report I submitted.
