students cant log in whenever they try it keep saying that they need to use their school email while they are already using it.

@raghad Is this a new issue, where they previously had access? Please have the students verify that they have popups and third party cookies enabled in their browser, and that your admin has reviewed the app according to Google’s recent updates.
