Eneroth townhouse change size

I have tried to search on both google, youtube and in here but i can’t find anything if it’s possible to change the size/width of the buildings in Eneroth townhouse.

Is it even possible or have I only been a bad investigator?

There is no built in feature for this. You’d need to edit the template for the house and redraw the house.
