Drawing disappearing in Layout (Frame turns blank)

Hi!

I’ve had this problem where my drawings in Layout just disappear. I can’t tell for sure what the trigger is. Sometimes it happens when I edit and save the Sketchup source file and then refresh it in Layout.

Sometimes it happens for no apparrent reason.

I recently figured out that the drawing shows up again when I change the drawing from raster to vector. But as soon as I change it back, it disappears again.

Any advice on how to fix this? Or any idea what might be causing this issue?

I’ll attach two screenshots that were taken less than a minute apart. All I changed was this one setting from Hybrid to Raster

Usually when your raster renders disappear, it is because you inadvertently hit the “Draft Mode” shortcut key, which is ‘k’ by default.
