I am having an issue with downloading Sketchup Make; I am getting an HTTP403 error?

Yes tried Windows 32 & 64 bit - same error

I guess I would first try clearing the cache or try a different browser. There’s nothing wrong with the SketchUp website. I just downloaded SketchUp Make from the link without any problem.
