Download error due to upload error

New to Sketchup, I’m trying to upload designs so I can reuse them later on. Looks like one of the only ways i can do this is via the 3D warehouse. I have uploaded a sink base cabinet but when i go back to use it, it says “download error due to upload error” I deleted it and uploaded it multiple times and still not working. Is there another easier way to save a design or component to use it later on without the 3D warehouse?

You also have an account on Trimble Connect with your Go subscription. This is cloud storage and collaboration service.

There are a list of TC user guides at the bottom of this page:
Trimble Connect Knowledge Center - Trimble Inc.

In SketchUp for Web, look for the Trimble Connect link in the left side navigation column for the Open, Save, Import and Export menus.

There is a screen shot of this on the help page:

I don’t understand why this keeps showing up not letting me upload it. I feel like i’m almost there i just need this to work so i can save and re use these designs.

3D Warehouse is normally used to share models publicly.

The SketchUp Status page is not showing any issues with 3D Warehouse.

Perhaps if you reassign this topic to the Technical Problems > Warehouses subcategory, some Trimbler watching that subcategory may see it.

Please read the SketchUp for Web User Guide on File Management (linked above.)
Again when you save models with SU4Web they are stored on Trimble Connect. You should be able to open them from TC.
