Download button on 3D warehouse not responding

Hello,

I hadn’t use Sketchup for a couple month so I don’t know since when this is an issue, but my Download link is not responding at all in the 3D Warehouse. Everything else works. I can browse, preview, etc… but cannot download.

I’m on Sketchup Pro 2016 on Mac (latest).

anyone has the same issue? Any alternative way to download a model?

The 3D Warehouse no longer officially supports SU2016. You can go to the 3D Warehouse in your internet browser and download the Collada file and import the included DAE file.

Thanks… Maybe Trimble could display a message when clicking “Download”… instead of an unresponsive button.
