When installing the program on Windows Server 2019, we encountered an operating system compatibility error. Is there a way to solve the problem? Maybe i need to download another setup file? Please advise

We are investigating some issues with installing on Windows Server. I don’t know of a work around at the moment.
Is there any resolution on this? This is keeping my install/use from moving forward in 2020.
