Disappearing textures in V-Ray

Hello,
I’m using the V-Ray renderer for the first time and I noticed that it doesn’t display surfaces. I use Sketchup to design museum exhibits. I create a component from each picture on the wall, which I can then place in the model space. However, when I want to render, it completely randomly doesn’t display the images of the inserted components, I only see its location, while the one next to it looks wonderful.
Maybe I’m setting something up wrong, but I can’t figure out the error. Could you help me solve this?

Are the faces in your model correctly oriented? Do you have exposed back faces?

Did you import the images as images or are they textures? If they are still images, explode them so they become textures. Do they then render in Vray?

It would help if you shared images and even the SketchUp model so we can see what you are working with.

I’m sending you a picture so you can see the difference between sketchup and render.
I uploaded the pictures as images.

Why didn’t you just add the images in your reply?

Share the .skp file so we can see the exact setup.

Because the system does not allow new users.
I will send the file.

You have the images in the same plane as the face in the component. Open the components for editing and explode the images so the images become textures. I did that here and this is what Vray shows.

I’ll try this, thanks!
