Deleting Scene Tabs

Hi, I have just finished with a detailed project. I separated out the components onto layers and scenes. Currently I have 23 scene tabs that are crowding up my laptop screen. My questions is; Is there a way to hide the scene tabs without deleting the scenes entirely?

View>Scene Tabs. Unticking it will hide all the scene tabs.
