Deauthorize all not working - has anyone solved this issue yet? I am trying to get 2023 working on a second computer and cannot gain access, no matter how many times I deauthorize all.
Can you logout from the machines you have sketchup installed?
Could you check to make sure that when you get to the account page:
https://ecom-prd.trimblepaas.com/account/organization
and also when you’re signing in within SketchUp, that you are using your dbuhomes.com email address? If in either case you’re using your Gmail address, that would be deauthorizing the wrong account.
I am getting to the account page with the correct id. Using that method and deauthorizing all doesn’t work. At least after many attempts it did not work. I found that I needed to signout at the application level, then sign back in at the application level, and then go into the account page to reauthorize, if that makes any sense to you.
If you have multiple products on your accounts this can sometimes fail.
For example if you have a 2nd subscription or an NFR or are part of a beta group.
