i have problem suddenly with d5… cant find the updates or extensions

So it shows as Unsigned. It’s not an error in SketchUp. That’s on the D5 Render folks to deal with. As long as you have permissions set to allow unsigned extensions to load, it should work fine assuming it’s compatible with the SketchUp version.

Changing the loading permission to Unrestricted will not make the extension show as “Signed”. As I said, that’s on the D5 Render people to sort out. If their plugin is compatible with SketchUp 2024 and you’ve allowed it to load, being unsigned will have no impact on whether or not it works.

suddelny d5 was freezed i couldnt press anything on pc so i restarted it… the change was my emails…i made a new one. i have contacted with the d5 render support and im waiting…
also the d5 was allowed for this 2024 version … i dont if its a problem that i have the 2024 pro version
SketchUp 2024 is SketchUp 2024. Pro is a subscription level. The other is Studio. Which SketchUp subscription do you have?

What were you using before today? Were you using a cracked version of SketchUp?
Did you read the error message? It tells you to contact the author of the extension.
Did you install SketchUp 2024 correctly? That requires right clicking on the downloaded installer and selecting Run as administrator.
