I need to cut off (chisel out in real world) to set up a hinge.
So how can I cut the mark part off.

If it is a component, double click to open for edit then draw your rectangle and use pushpull.
Be careful. It looks like you have some careless drafting as one of your lines does not line up with the construction line. If all your lines are on the same plane (as they seem to be), you can still use Push/Pull but if they aren’t, what @Box demonstrates won’t work. You may have used the Line tool to draw the rectangle but @Box’s method using the Rectangle tool is better as it means you cannot then make this kind of mistake.
One other thing is that you seem to have faces reversed (the blue one anyway).
