Product purchased 1/30. want to cancel subscription and refund. customer support page down.
Can someone from customer service please reach out ASAP? This is to cancel an order and process a refund and now it’s only 9 days to do this and there is bo other way to contact you because the customer service is down ?
It is not down for me. This is a public user forum and SketchUp staff only visit here occasionally.
BTW, I think it is Sales that you should contact.
