Is there a phone number for Sketchup? I purchased a subscription and submitted a photo of my ID badge hours ago. When I log in, it tells me any licenses I’ve purchased will show up if I refresh the page, but that doesn’t work. The chat function is an AI bot that doesn’t help, and all of the “contact us” buttons take me to error pages. Thanks.

If you bought it from a local reseller, you should contact them.

Your profile says you are using SketchUp for Web (Free only). If thats the case there is no subscription to purchase. If you did purchase a subscription, which one did you purchase? Please correct your forum profile.

I bought it directly from Trimble with an educator discount, so I had to show my ID.
Have you downloaded and installed, and then when promoted logged in with the email address you made the purchase with?
I didn’t think Trimble sold education licenses at all.
They are all(?) handled by resellers as far as I know.
Yes, I had to uninstall and reinstall it, but it is working now.
