Cannot purchase Pro subscription

Every time I try to enter my billing address I get “There was a problem registering your company. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.”

Filling out the contact form results in nothing.

We do see this on occasion, usually when an account has been partially deleted and then recreated.

Go to My Products
Click on the Upgrade button for SketchUp Free
Proceed to purchase as normal
