Creating fluting in round columns

Hello I’m a new user to SU2020. I am creating a column approx 8’ High and 10" diameter, I would like to add some vertical concave fluting on the face stopping off 10" from the base and 7" from the top. Hope someone can give me some guidance please? Thanks in anticipation. Chris
