When I want to eport my layout project in Pdf or Png the program freeses

Thx PaulMcAlenan. I’m Sketchup 23.1.341 and have updated my profile. Yes it was checked. I unchecked it and sent to print…MUCH faster and the file was smaller 12.4mb (still huge) from 30.9 mb. Did you see anything else in my info above that seems out of whack?
