What program are you using for the video please?

I’m using a program for Windows. Do a Google search for ‘screen recorder’, for your operating system.

But I am struggling on substract action, would you mind to explain a bit more how to do this?
Also may I know how to make the ball divided into 2 parts? (Bulb and red color)
