I used a Autocad file, extrude masses from it and want to paste it in another file.
When I want to paste it, the arrow icon changes tot the bucket icon. And when I press the mouse sketchup crashes.
Do anyone recognise this problem and which steps I have to take to prevent kind of sketchup collapse?
I wouldn’t know why your Select tool changes to the Paint Bucket tool.
Perhaps you should try importing the file instead of copy/paste.
SketchUp doesn’t support pasting vector geometry from other applications. Usually copy/paste works only between two AutoCad documents - other applications like Word have to make do with either a raster image or a WMF graphic ( via the Paste Special command).
