Convert group of jagged edges into a solid object or 3D mesh

I only have the jagged edges of an actual solid structure (corridor); these edges are so irregular they do not define any faces. Is there a way to create a 3D mesh or solid object without manually drawing every line between the nodes of the jagged edges?

Curviloft will make quick work of creating the surfaces in the geometry. Is the solid supposed to be the volume represented by the exterior edges?

I made a solid object of it by selecting all of the edges before running Curviloft.

I notice you have incorrect tag usage. All edges and faces should be created and left untagged.
