Chromebook is not loading Sketchup

Hello Forum,

Sketchup is not loading on two of my student’s personal chromebooks. The Icon for sketchup shows up and appears to “build” as Sketchup is loading, but fails to load every time. What can be done for these couple of students?

For regular PC and Mac users it’s worth clearing some of the built up WebGL cache, that can help with the loading problem. It seems there are settings for Chromebooks that work much the same:
