You used to be able to change the start page for Layout under Autotext settings. But it seems to have been moved somewhere else. I have Googled for the answer but gave up and came back here.
This is what I see in the Autotext dialog box with the current version:
I would have thought this is the sort of thing you’d get at in context by right clicking but that doesn’t seem to work either.
