How can we address this? We have SketchUp for the Concord School District, but no one seems to know how or where to access an admin console to manage licenses. SketchUp support has not responded, and everything is redirected to their forum.
We’ve been seeking assistance for six months, but no one has been able to provide information on how our IT department can access and manage SketchUp effectively.
