This won’t be fixed by changing your e-mail address. The issue is that the 3D Warehouse only supports the current and previous two SketchUp versions. It no longer supports SketchUp 2019. You have three options. You can upgrade to the current SketchUp version. You can download the Collada version of the components from the 3D Warehouse using your internet browser. Or you can download the 2020 version via your browser and use an extension called Open Newer Version which is available in the Extension Warehouse.

Regarding the shelf, how do I download the 2020 version through your browser and use an extension called Open Newer Version that is available in the Extension Warehouse? Would it be paid?
You should be able to do that after signing in with your old credentials at connect.trimble.com
Find the component in the 3D Warehouse in your internet browser. Click on the dropdown at the right end of the Download button.
Open Newer Version is available through the Extension Warehouse. At this time I believe it is available at no charge but you could donate to the author.
