Hi! Previously I have used an older version of SketchUp and once I have applied a texture from vray to my model I was then able to right click and change the position of the texture on the face. However this option does not come up. How do I do it? I have tried to go to edit - face - texture - position but the options after face do not show up. Can anyone help??
You have to have only one face selected (not a smoothed surface but literately one single face, turn on hidden geometry if you have too), then right click and choose Texture.
The whole wall is in a group - I want to just change its position as it is the visible face
You need to apply the texture to the faces, not the group.
Then Edit Group > select a face, right click > Texture > Position
