Hi,
I created the framing walls from Lightweight Steels and later wanting to change all sizes of steels (studs, nogs etc).
Do I need to delete all steels and starting from scratch? Or Is there a better way to do it?

Just create dynamic components.
Hard to say for sure based on so little information but most likely you can just edit the components. Also depending on the need, making Dynamic Components may be more work than its worth.
