Can't use shortcut after pick Paint Bucket tool

Hello, I got a Sketchup Pro 2023 as part of my company working laptop and I have a problem with paint bucket tool when I select this tool I can’t pick another tool with a shortcut key anymore and also can’t use eyedrop or other function that come with paint bucket tool, it was like I got lockout of any shortcut key.

Is anyone else experiencing what I’m experiencing here? Is there a way to fix it?

Do you have this issue with an specific file or even an empty file?

Yes it happen in some specific file (in this case file from my college).
