Questionnaire to get to download link does not start in IE and keeps asking my area of interest in Chrome. Trying to update my current 15.3 so i can use the Component library.

You are using SketchUp v15.3 ?
You are trying to access the EWH to download a Component ?
Perhaps your IE is out of date ?
Perhaps your SketchUp version is no longer supported at the EWH ?
Why aren’t you using v2017 ?
Or a newer version…
