Can't sign in to Trimble

Hi all , I’m a newbie here. I’m having an issue with accessing Sketch up via my Trimble account. The sign in part of the page is blank. I’ve tried support but they can’t seem to help! Has anyone else had this??

The sign in part of the page comes from another site, and some browsers may be set to not allow that. A few other people saw the same thing recently, and the problem went away when they used Chrome.

Hi Colin, Thanks for the info. Unfortunately this is happening on Chrome and also on an issue on Edge but that at least allowed me to try and sign in, however it’s asking for a passkey that I never set up…? I’ve disabled VPN and various other blockers but to no avail. The support just keep sending me fixes that require access to my profile that I clearly cannot do……

I eventually got to sign in on Edge and create a new passkey as well as the 3 MFA options as backup. However in order to launch Sketchup I had to change my default browser to Edge as Chrome still isn’t letting me log in and I still have no idea why. I checked all the virus setting. VPN etc cleared the cache and cookies whitelisted the cdn.cookielaw.org but no luck………I didn’t want to mess with the DNS settings as I’m not techy enough to really know what I’m doing and this has been bad enough. Thanks for your help and advice. If by some chance someone else manages to crack this let me know know. Trimble is useless. :(.
